Perhaps the Biggest Golf Burnout on the Internet

So, this is dumb for a whole bunch of reasons. Even though everything turns out fine, getting a bunch of guys to hang on to a Golf 2 so that it can do a burnout just feels wrong. Like, deep down inside.

That said, result is a fairly epic burnout. And anyway, you weren’t there, so you didn’t nearly kill yourself. And isn’t watching what happens after someone says “hold my beer” what the internet was made for?

Yes.

The best part of this video might actually be the guy who sheds about a pound of hot rubber after he emerges from the cloud of smoke.

Oh, and while this might not actually be the biggest Golf burnout on the internet, the title is an open invitation to prove me wrong.

I’ve never really been one for SUVs and crossovers. The current offerings aren’t the body-on-frame, go-anywhere specialty tools I remember from my youth, and what they lack in capability, they also lack in on-road performance.
