Strategic Vision recently released the results of their Customer Love Index, which found that Volkswagen is the most loved Full-Line Corporation. Moreover, the study found that the Golf GTI is among the best loved cars by millennials.
The Customer Love Index is more than 20 years old now, and has surveyed more than 2 million new car buyers in that time.
The idea behind the index is that customer love is a much better predictor of future sales and loyalty, than simple satisfaction.
“Vehicles and brands that perform well in the Customer Love Index are much more likely to see an increase in loyalty and future sales,” writes Strategic Vision on its site.
Among the other Volkswagen Group winners are the Audi A5 cabriolet (in the Premium Convertible/Roadster category) and Porsche (in the Luxury Brand category).
