Watch the New Trailer for Cars 3 Right Here

It appears Lightning McQueen isn’t going down without a fight.

The first Cars 3 teaser trailer was surprisingly dark, hinting that McQueen would fall from the ranks of racing and give way to a new age of race cars. Some believed early on that Cars 3 would be about McQueen retiring and passing the torch, but the latest extended-look trailer proves otherwise.

In fact, the iconic character has no plans of calling it quits and newcomer Cruz Ramirez will be McQueen’s trainer to take on new rival Jackson Storm.

Cars 3 arrives in theaters on June 16 and it feels like the movie will be a traditional Disney / Pixar film after all.

PZM 73rd Rally Poland Kicks Off

The WRC is in Poland and after only one stage there are three Volkswagens in the top five. Today’s special stage at the Mikolajki Arena is the first stage, but the rally doesn’t begin in earnest until Friday. Today’s super special stage was less than two minutes long, and less than a second separates the top five drivers. Hyundai Motorsport’s Thierry Neuville tops the charts today, followed closely by Volkswagen’s Andreas Mikkelsen. Sebastien Ogier and Jari-Matti Latvala are in fourth and fifth, respectively. Expect Ogier to climb the rankings, though. Not only did he win the rally last year, he has won every year since 2013.
