VWVortex needs a new design for its t-shirt, so we’re coming to you, faithful reader, for help. And that means it’s T-shirt design contest time! The winning design will be added to the VWVortex.com Store for purchase.
We welcome all VWVortex.com members to participate. Please read the submission rules (Below) before posting. The submission period will run from now through May 31st 11:59 PM EST.
HOW TO ENTER: Submit your design in this thread along with a description of your design. (Limit of two designs per person)
PRIZE: The winner will receive a VWVortex.com Prize Pack which includes the winning design on a t-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt, hat, & mug.
SELECTION OF WINNER: VWVortex.com members will have a chance to vote for their favorite design. The design with the highest number of votes will be the selected winner. Voting will open at 12 pm EST on June 1, 2017, and close at 11:59 pm EST on June 16, 2017. The winning Design will be announced on or around June 16, 2017.

The Contest opens for entries on May 8, 2017, and closes May 31, 2017, at 11:59 pm EST. Voting will open at 12 pm EST on June 1, 2017, and close at 11:59 pm on June 16, 2017. The winning Design will be announced on or around June 16, 2017.
Your design entry should include:
– A JPG or PNG of just the design image
– A JPG or PNG of the design placed on the t-shirt template to show the design placement, size, and garment color.
All submitted entries remain the intellectual property of the designer. The designer will retain ownership and copyright of the winning design, however, VWVortex.com will have exclusive rights to printing and giving away/selling the winning design on t-shirts as well as using the image for promotional purposes regarding the shirt and contest.

Submit your unique t-shirt design (“Design”) as a reply in this vwvortex.com thread [http://ift.tt/2qTB8M6] along with a short description of your Design for a chance to win a vwvortex.com prize pack and your Design on a vwvortex.com t-shirt (the “Prize”). Registered vwvortex.com users will vote on the valid Design entries and the Design with the most number of votes will be declared the winner. T-shirts with the winning Design will be available for purchase in the vwvortex.com store.

For your Design to qualify for consideration, you must meet the requirements set out in these Official Rules.
1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. AGE/RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS, VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this contest is VerticalScope Inc. (the owner and operator of vwvortex.com), 111 Peter Street, Suite 700, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2H1.
3. PRIZE. The Prize consists of a prize pack which shall include a t-shirt with your winning design, hoodie, sweatshirt, hat, and mug (the “Prize Pack”). In addition, the winning entry will be put on a vwvortex.com t-shirt and made available in the vwvortex.com online store.
4. ENTRY SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
a. Design must be your own original work
b. You may submit no more than two (2) Designs
c. Design must be for the front of a t-shirt only (not the back)
d. Design must be uploaded onto an image hosting site, such as Photobucket.
e. Submit your design by posting the image within the contest thread.
f. Keep in mind that the design must fit on a 15-inch x 18-inch space on a t-shirt

By participating in the Contest, you represent and warrant that none of the material submitted or posted infringes upon or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other intellectual or proprietary rights of any person or entity and that you have fully complied with these Official Rules.
5. OWNERSHIP. All Designs, other than the winning Design, remain the intellectual property of the entrant. By entering the Contest, the winner relinquishes all rights to the winning Design including all claims, rights (including any moral rights), and benefits related to the display, modification, reproduction, publication, distribution, use and other exploitations of the winning Design.
6. ELIGIBILITY: From the time of entry through the final date of prize fulfillment, each contest entrant and winning entrant be a registered member of vwvortex.com, must be a permanent lawful citizen and resident residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. VOID IN PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, IN ALL FOREIGN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, AND ALL OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 8. SELECTION OF WINNER: vwvortex.com members will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite valid design beginning on June 1, 2017 and ending on June 16, 2017. The entry with the most valid votes be declared the winner on or about June 16, 2017. The winner will be announced publicly on vwvortex.com and will be contacted directly by a representative of Sponsor via private message on vwvortex.com. The winner will be required to provide a mailing address (that is not a P.O. box) to receive the part of the prize which will be shipped free of charge.
9. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning a prize are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
10. RESTRICTIONS: The Prize is valued at approximately $150.00 USD. If the Prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor, no substitute prize will be awarded due to the unique nature of the prize.
11.
