APR Announces Stage III Turbo for 2.0T

Owners of the MK7 GTI, the Golf R, and the Audis A3 and S3 can get excited about what APR is calling a “500+HP, 10-second quarter mile upgrade in a box.” The Stage III Turbocharger System is a twin scroll Borg Warner unit that is claimed to come out of the box with everything you need to attach it to your engine.

The kit also comes with APR’s Stage III ECU, wastegate, manifold adapter, hoses, downpipes, map sensors, boost tap, and a whole lot more. The whole thing can be bought for $5,500 and comes with options for front or all wheel drive cars. APR also offers a Stage III fueling system upgrade, which it recommends with Stage III power levels.

Project SportWagen: Going Stage 2 with APR

When we last left you, the humble little SportWagen was fresh from the development process with our friends at AWE Tuning, sporting a new downpipe, exhaust and intake, allowing things to breathe a bit easier.
