Facelifted TT RS Spotted Testing at the Nurburgring

Our spy photographers have caught the updated TT RS testing at the Nurburgring. With cammo up front and in the back, it’s likely that this truly will only be a face(-and-tail)-lift, as far as appearance is concerned.

With new design cues expected to bring the TT RS more in line with Marc Lichte’s current design language, the TT RS will likely look a little more like the A7 when the wraps come off.

Under the hood, though, there’s been quite a bit of advancement since the TT first launched, so lower models are expected to gain some hot new tech from the upcoming Golf 8, like mild-hybridization.

The TT RS, meanwhile, should keep its devilish straight 5.

2018 Lamborghini Aventador S Roadster Review

PZM 73rd Rally Poland Kicks Off

The WRC is in Poland and after only one stage there are three Volkswagens in the top five. Today’s special stage at the Mikolajki Arena is the first stage, but the rally doesn’t begin in earnest until Friday. Today’s super special stage was less than two minutes long, and less than a second separates the top five drivers. Hyundai Motorsport’s Thierry Neuville tops the charts today, followed closely by Volkswagen’s Andreas Mikkelsen. Sebastien Ogier and Jari-Matti Latvala are in fourth and fifth, respectively. Expect Ogier to climb the rankings, though. Not only did he win the rally last year, he has won every year since 2013.
