Video: VWHome Places Spotlight on Worthersee 2015

For the majority of us, videos and images are the closest we’ll ever get to experiencing Wörthersee Treffen. It’s a good thing then, that high quality content is so plentiful- whether it be from our own Si Gray or from video producers like VWHome. Check out the clip below to see what we’re talking about.

In the first of what we hope to be many Wörthersee videos to come out of VWHome, the gang travels from Germany to Austria, showcasing the sights and scenery that makes Wörthersee a multi-week event for so many enthusiasts. And while the clip is quite short at just about a minute and a half long, it was shot, edited and uploaded in just after they arrived in town, which is impressive in its own right. Even more impressive, this footage was shot while Wörthersee was still nearly two full weeks away.

Project SportWagen: Going Stage 2 with APR

I’ve never really been one for SUVs and crossovers. The current offerings aren’t the body-on-frame, go-anywhere specialty tools I remember from my youth, and what they lack in capability, they also lack in on-road performance.
