USP Presents Billet Oil Dipsticks for the 1.8T and 2.0T!

An oil dipstick is a vital part of any car. The oil dipstick is a thin piece of metal that extends into the engine’s oil pan and allows you to read your engine’s oil level. In order to save money Volkswagen designed the oil dip stick with a plastic handle and a plastic level indicator. Overtime the plastic begins to crack and the dipstick will fall apart, dropping plastic pieces into your engine.

The USP Oil Dipstick features a billet aluminum handle, steel wire construction, and a steel level indicator. Unlike the factory plastic dipstick, the billet aluminum handle and steel wire will not crack or break overtime. The USP Dipstick is a direct replacement for your factory dipstick and installs in seconds. The billet aluminum handle features a black anodized finish and is labeled “Oil” for easy identification.

PZM 73rd Rally Poland Kicks Off

The WRC is in Poland and after only one stage there are three Volkswagens in the top five. Today’s special stage at the Mikolajki Arena is the first stage, but the rally doesn’t begin in earnest until Friday. Today’s super special stage was less than two minutes long, and less than a second separates the top five drivers. Hyundai Motorsport’s Thierry Neuville tops the charts today, followed closely by Volkswagen’s Andreas Mikkelsen. Sebastien Ogier and Jari-Matti Latvala are in fourth and fifth, respectively.
