Leaked Image Show What Might be the 992 Ahead of its Debut

Porsche has been having fun teasing the 992 911, but let’s be honest: ain’t nobody got time for that. So here, for your viewing pleasure, is what appears to be the next-gen Porsche 911 before you were supposed to see it.

First shared by Jalopnik, the pictures are reportedly from a private forum. Though low-res, they appear to be official press photos and look like the car we’ve seen parts of in teasers and spy photography.

Porsche is said to be turbocharging more of the lineup and some sources report that there will even be hybrid variants.

Otherwise, though, the car should be reasonably familiar, as this is said to be an evolutionary, not revolutionary design. We’re expecting a little more power across the range, a little more weight, and its performance metrics will likely improve.

Full details will be available when Porsche officially unveils the 992 on November 27.

Project SportWagen: Going Stage 2 with APR

Audi Teases A7 Details with New Video

Audi’s gearing up to unveil the latest iteration of the A7, and to get you excited they’ve released this teaser video focusing on the details. The lights, the lines, the interior are all teased here, and though on its own the video doesn’t give us a strong sense of what the whole car will look like, with all of the other details we’ve seen so far we now have a pretty good sense of what’s coming. As you might expect, the updated A7 will look broadly similar to the outgoing A7, but will differ in the details. Based on what we’ve seen, the changes look good. As was reported yesterday, we’re expecting a 3.0-liter turbocharged engine, a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbo, a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6, and an RS7 that could reportedly make up to 700 hp thanks to the Porsche Panamera’s hybrid drivetrain.
