Volkswagen’s second-generation Scirocco has aged quite well over the years, and has become a staple within the enthusiast scene. While this one may not pack that 16-valve punch most of us are after, it’s a clean, honest, low-mile example which just might be an opportunity to get in the driver’s seat for relatively little money.
With just 59,897 original California miles, survivor Sciroccos simply can’t get much cleaner. The interior, the door jambs, and even the fuel filler door all look to be in extremely good condition. Even the undercarriage is flawless.
This Scirocco is currently available on eBay Motors at a bid of $2500, with the reserve not met. Depending on just what that reserve happens to be, someone just might get a proper deal on an honest survivor, or an extremely solid starting point for their next project.
Thanks to Michael for the tip!
