Volkswagen is digging through the archives for the name of its latest vehicle, the GTI Rabbit Edition. The new trim is joining the GTI lineup for 2019.
According to Motor Authority, the GTI Rabbit Edition will sit on 18-inch gloss-black aluminum-alloy wheels, will bear a black spoiler and black mirror caps.
Additionally, it’ll come with keyless ignition, LED, adaptive headlights that turn with the wheels along with special floor mats and seat tags that follow the Rabbit theme.
It will also only be available in four colors: Cornflower Blue, Urano Grey, Pure White, and Deep Black.
No information has been released about the engine, but it will at least have the GTI’s 220 hp and 258 lb-ft—coming from a 2.0-liter inline 4.
Only 3,000 Rabbit Edition GTIs will be sold, you better get your orders in as soon as it’s officially announced.
