Video: Volkswagen Teases Concept Ahead of CES 2016

With anticipation building for this year’s CES, Volkswagen has published a 10-second clip to their YouTube channel which proves to be both informative and extremely frustrating. Uploaded to tease their concept car for the event, quick cut-style cinematography is the name of the game here.

From the little bit that we can see, the concept looks to have a van shape, confirming earlier reports that the car would be much like the Bulli concept originally shown in 2011. Aside from that, we anticipate that the vehicle will be a pure electric hybrid with an impressive amount of connected features, expanding on what we’ve already seen.

We’ll know for sure in just a few day’s time, when Volkswagen reveals the concept on January 5th.

I’ve never really been one for SUVs and crossovers. The current offerings aren’t the body-on-frame, go-anywhere specialty tools I remember from my youth, and what they lack in capability, they also lack in on-road performance.
