Lightning McQueen Isn’t Ready to Give Up in Latest Cars 3 Trailer

Disney Pixar showed off an extended look trailer for Cars 3 during the Daytona 500.

The new trailer shows off the “next generation” racers that Lightning McQueen will be taking on in the next movie of the franchise and features footage we’ve seen from previous trailers. While the first Cars 3 trailer was quite dark, this one is a bit more like Disney, showing that McQueen isn’t going to give up so easily and will be inspired by his friends to return to the track after a horrific crash

There are several NASCAR drivers that will be in the film playing up-and-coming drivers, including Chase Elliott, Ryan Blaney and Darrell Wallace Jr.

Cars 3 heads to theaters June 16, 2017.

I’ve never really been one for SUVs and crossovers. The current offerings aren’t the body-on-frame, go-anywhere specialty tools I remember from my youth, and what they lack in capability, they also lack in on-road performance.
